Cory Scopel
Manual Osteopathic Practitioner (DOMP), Advanced Movement Therapist (AMT)
Cory has been a healthcare practitioner for 17 years and is a Manual Osteopathic Practitioner. He has taken courses in advanced visceral manipulation, advanced movement therapy and infant cranial-sacral to name a few.
Taking a full-body approach to healing, Cory focuses on visceral manipulation, cranial-sacral therapy and remedial exercise. This approach helps by taking tensions off of the spine and the rest of the body, allowing the body's self-healing mechanisms to function properly, helping both acute and chronic pain.
Cory works as a preceptor for different universities, so he may have a student shadowing him. Please call or email us if you are uncomfortable having a student in the room during your treatment.
When he isn't working or studying, he enjoys staying active with his wife and son. Fishing, Mountain biking, Brazilian jiu-jitsu, reading, playing numerous sports and working out are some of the activities Cory does to stay in shape.
